What this site is

Letters Unscrambler is a free browser tool at lettersunscrambler.com. You type a rack, a pattern or a pair of words, and it lists the English words that fit. There is no account and no install. The main solver, the anagram tool, the Wordle helper, the daily scramble and the word ladder all run on this device after the word list has loaded.

How the word list works

The list is ENABLE, a public-domain English word list of about 168,000 entries, including the short plays QI, ZA, JO and XI. Copyrighted tournament books such as NASPA TWL and Collins CSW are not copied. Scores use English Scrabble tile values, or the Words With Friends table if you switch it. Premium squares are not added, because the page cannot see your board.

The browser downloads the list once. Later searches stay on the device, so the letters you type are not sent to us as a query.
