We use the public-domain ENABLE list (~168,000 words), not the copyrighted NASPA TWL or Collins CSW lists. Tournament play may differ by a few words (QI and ZA are in ENABLE).
How to choose from the list
The number next to a word is the sum of the tile values. It is not the score on the board. Premium squares are not included, and neither is the 50-point Scrabble bonus for using all seven tiles (35 in Words With Friends). Add those once you can see the square.
Some words at the top of the list cannot be played from an English Scrabble set. Type FIZZY: the finder ranks FIZZY at 29 and FIZZ at 25, but both need two Z tiles and the set has one. With no blank, the play is FIZ at 15. A blank scores 0, so FIZZ with a blank is also 15. What is a word unscrambler?

Can I use it for Wordle?
Yes. Switch to Wordle mode, type greens in the five boxes, put yellows in the letters field, and grey letters in the Grey letters box. You can also browse all 5-letter words.
How do blank tiles work?
Type ? for each blank (max two). The solver tries every letter in that slot — the same as a Scrabble blank.
How do I find the highest scoring word?
Results sort by Scrabble points by default. Bingos (using every tile, 7+ letters) are marked. Switch Score to WWF if you play Words With Friends.
Anagram vs unscrambler?
Unscrambler lists every word you can make, including shorter ones. Anagrams only keep words that use every letter — LISTEN → SILENT, ENLIST, TINSEL.
